| While I appreciate the spirit of Dr. Samreen Mohsin, and while I would also love to bring Dr. Sahib into limelight of the media in order to be more effective in his teachings, but the danger of making Dr. Sahib a target of extremist Mullahs compels me to oppose the idea.
As the things go in our society presently (I won't go into gloomy details), I would advise utmost precaution. In any mission whatsoever, safety comes first. If the leader goes, the whole movement may disperse. As long as we do not have a successor, a substitute, for Dr. Sahib, I won't vote for him to appear in public and be widely known among the wild extremist, "religious" fanatics of our doomed society. Can we afford to lose him?

| dear brother Aurangazaib, salaam, i too agree with you on this. i too don't want to lose a gem. public appearance can be done, but i don't think it will help, rather as you said the mullahs will only oppose such intellect. i pray for Dr. Sahib's good health and good life. may he progress in his work. | |

1. why has Dr. sb. come into existant as an scholar who totaly disagrees with millions of muslims and proves the rituals to be wrong with logic ????
2. If a captain can't lead from the front, what others player can do for the victory?
3. while the so-called mullahsssss can easily come in media with their ILLOGICAL sense, baseless philosphy, and meaningless statement, then why an SCHOLAR who is 100% right can't face ????
4. UNLESS we come forward, our work is USELSSS... because few people who are educated, knowing english, have little bit question about Islam... they can understand and after some time they WOULD BE SILENT...we can not even convince our family about the reality... because they say that WHY YOUR LEADER IS SCARED??? IF HE IS RIGHT, COME IN FRONT..... ALLAH DOES HELP THOSE WHO ARE RIGHT.... DON'T YOU BELIVE THAT????
In the last i would only state that... being a woman, even i don't fear with the society.. because i trust in ALLAH and i am 100% sure that i am RIGHT.....IF DR. SB. AND YOU MR. AURANGZAIB FEEL SO....THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE SCARED TOO.
i am sying such things because i have been battelling with the society to bring the change... NAMAZ, ROZA, ZAKAT, HAJ, do not bother the society... remember.... but the jammed...locked....numbed mentality does harm the nation..... if people start thinking towards the reality ,,, this does mean that PROGRESS has started.....

| Respected sister samreen ! assalam o alaikum,as i regards the concerns of brother Aurangzaib (the well wisher of Dr. sahab) .But every rasool/nabi had been facing the wild extemist,religious fanatics of doomed society as per means and ways available at that time,the Quran is the witness.Go through the verse 5/67-the said mission could not be stoped at the said concerns.Kindly see the sora MUZZAMIL,MUDASSIR(the tafseer of allama pervez) which provide us the guide linest. My concerns here are the attitude of hostes,the taste of general public ,no one has pre requisite knowlledge to understand this true divine message based upon latest quranic research.Therefore let the Dr. Qamar zamn do his work as it is, at this stage, the AASTANA.COM-like media is better platform so far.I sure there will be time to accept your such a sincere invitation,not only the Dr.Qamar but his countless students also.May Allah bless you. | |

| if someone writes agaist Dr. Sb. literature, Dr. Sb. does give reply in writting......... if someone after going through aastana.com and all literature of Dr. Sb. challenges Dr. Sb. and clamis to be WRONG 100% and wants to be in public, stating that "DR. SB. IS MISGUIDING THE GENERATION by being hidden,,, and clamis to prove every thing WRONG.......... then???

| Respected Dr. Samreen mohsin Assalam o alaikum,I respect your feelings,because i have gone through the same,whatever you are facing in your community i do realize,and we all have to face,if con't then accept their idiology and live in peace and enjoy the social so called respect.But whenever any rationalist convinced by seeing the holy light of quran,he never bother nor fear from society.Dear sister every system has calculated steps,from sead to tree and egg to chick.Likewar fought by arms the idiological war nead well pland precise steps.2:- This true quranic message not only challenge the rituals of so called muslim ummah only but to all man made religions currently being performed at earth.3:- There is defference between public movements (which is mostly based upon sentiments and emotions) and quranic movement(which is totaly based upon logics,knowledge and internal wish/will) see the verse 2/144---146.So the t.v media is best for general public movements at now.To develop the public opinion in right direction(to make them quranics)the tv media can play very importent roal if available like PEACE CHANNAL.The DAWN never scared but follow the proces to shine the verse 24/35 is witness.May Allah bless you. | |

Your comments do not hurt me at all as I know your concern is genuine.
I already said I would love Dr. Sahib to go public and in the limelight of the media.
A righteous scholar of Quran is never afraid. But wisdom and caution must be exercised by studying the present situation very carefully. Everything is good in its proper time.
In (perhaps) late nineties, the closest associate Dr. Sahib was working with, Mr. Qasim Noori, was assassinated by religious extremists, I think, inside his premises. He was working at that moment on Haqiqat-e-Salaat and was a very vocal and active preacher of Rationality in Deen.
To take that kind of risks, you must first of all be a strong, closely knit, community having a firm and well-known identity. You must have a strong back up in powerful circles and a chain of junior leadership. We still do not have an organization outside the pages of this Blog. Dr. Sahib is all alone and most probably already a target.
Apart from my apprehensions briefly described above, your idea is great. It would be a great pleasure watching Dr. Sahib explaining the true message of Quran on media.

| Dear brothers and sisters ,Assalam-o-alaikum ,
I am so happy to see the love and care shown for me on the blog . Actually I am not afraid of coming in limelight . But the only thing which stops me doing so is that , then I will have to leave other work specially translation of Quran .
Translation needs full time full concentration and no distraction .Already I was planning to hibernate and let others take over the work of Aastana .
Anyway I am so thankful for the Love and affection I am receiving from all of you that I feel short of words to express .
